Warranty Information
Limited Warranty:
Limited Warranty covers products against factory defects in material and workmanship, other than coatings, when used on passenger cars and light duty (class 1â€3) trucks under normal use and operating conditions. Claims should be made through the authorized Distributor from whom the equipment was purchased. Warranty obligations for products are limited to the terms set forth below:
This warranty extends to the original retail purchaser (the “Buyerâ€) who retains ownership of the vehicle and is not transferable. Warranty valid only in the United States of America. F2 warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original sale except the following:
Coilover Sets: 2- years for Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3
Function Performance Springs (FPS): Eibach Limited Lifetime Warranty
Replacement Parts: 90-days from the date of purchase
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by F2 within the Warranty Period, at its options, F2 will (A) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (B) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (C) refund the purchase price of the product.
